Launching The Paddle Project Global Nonprofit

Dear Pickleballers,

Pickleball is a life-changing sport. It brings people together, breaks down barriers, and builds communities in ways few things can. Today, we’re taking that power and putting it to work — in the biggest way we ever have.

We’re proud to announce The Paddle Project, our new nonprofit with a simple mission: provide underserved communities with the three things they need to enjoy the benefits of pickleball — paddles, instruction, and courts. Together, we can grow the sport, change lives, and create lasting impact.

Our first project begins here in New Jersey, where we have partnered with Oasis, an organization in Paterson, NJ serving women and children in need. At the same time, we are reaching around the globe, sending paddles and nets to organizations in different countries, along with "how-to" material and advising calls so local leaders can teach the sport with confidence. Paddles will be donated by our Paddle Partners. We have decided to launch with three Founding Paddle Partners: JOOLA, Franklin, and Engage.

How YOU can be part of it:

• Donate to help us put paddles, coaches, and courts where they’re needed most

• Send in a gently used paddle

• Drop one off at our collection boxes in Caldwell and Fair Lawn

Pickleball has changed our lives — and now, together, we can help it change the world.
